What happens at my first session?

Your first session is only $5 with no obligation to book afterwards. You will undergo a health & fitness consultation where we will discuss in detail your fitness goals, current activity levels, injuries and medical conditions you may have. We will then perform a short session to evaluate your movement patterns and exercise technique. This is an extremely valuableinsight into your current fitness level, range of motion restrictions, and goal setting in case you decide to start your fitness journey with us.

What services do you offer?

We are a private fitness studio offering one on one personal training and small group personal training which services the following areas – Bundoora. Greensborough, Eltham, Watsonia, Maclead, Yallambie and surrounding areas.

What makes Alltone Fitness different to gyms and other fitness studios?

We take the “personal” seriously in personal training. We understand big gyms can be intimidating and frightening for some.This is why at Alltone Fitness Personal Training in Greensborough you have the entire studio to yourself at each session. Its just you and your highly qualified personal trainer working on your health and fitness goals.

Will I be locked into a contract or need to pay membership fees?

Absolutely not! At Alltone Fitness, we have no contracts, no membership or joining fees. Just pay as you go personal training. 10 session passes are also available at a discounted price. T&C apply.

What if I am extremely unfit and have never done personal training before?

No problem! All our sessions are specifically tailored to the individuals own fitness levels and goals. We understand that everyone is different and requires varied techniques and intensity levels to achieve their health and fitness goals.

Do you offer nutritional advice?

Yes. Even though we are not qualified dieticians we can offer valuable information when it comes to clean healthy eating.

How long do sessions go for?

We offer either 30min or 50min personal training sessions.

How does booking online work?

Booking online has never been easier. Just click on the green Book Now box. You can then click on your preferred date on the calendar. From there either choose one time slot for a 30min session or two adjoining time slots for a 50 min session. Lastly, enter your details and you’re done! We will then contact you to confirm your session.
