Paul has been attending personal training at Alltone Fitness since February 2016 and has commenced his own nutrition program.

To date, he has gained 4.2kg of lean muscle mass and dropped 1% body fat. His strength has also increased greatly. Through his own nutritional program and personal training at Alltone Fitness, Paul has never been stronger in his life! Well done Paul, keep up the great work!

Congratulations Erin on your health and fitness journey so far!

Since June 2015, Erin has attended two personal training sessions per week with Alltone Fitness and has lost 10kgs. Erin’s weight loss journey began back in 2013 when she was 104 kg. Since commencing her one on one PT sessions, her body fat has decreased from 45% to 39% . Her muscular strength and cardiovascular fitness has increased substantially. Erin’s flexibility and  ability to squat efficiently was a real struggle for her, though over the past 12 months through her commitment to personal training, she can now squat to parallel without feeling tight in her hips and calves. Erin has also changed her eating habits and is now more aware of what to eat and how good nutrition plays a vital role in staying fit and healthy.

Rachel’s weight loss journey has been remarkable.  She has lost 17kg and lowered her body fat by 4 percent; and her goal is to lose another 5kg. Sonya has been extremely dedicated with her personal training, healthy eating and her own fitness regime. To date she has lost 11kg, and decreased her body fat by 4 precent . Sonya has been attending one session per week for the past 3 months and also works out at home twice a week with two simple home workouts we prepare for her. Kim’s weight loss journey has been remarkable. She has been attending 2 personal training sessions per week at our studio since December 2013. The photo to the left was taken in June 2013. Kim wanted to lose weight, have more energy, and increase her muscular strength and cardiovascular fitness. Since June 2013 Kim has lost over 12kg and still counting. Her body fat has decreased and she is able to barbell squat 50kg for 8 reps. As a result of becoming fitter, she has participated in several fun runs. Her hard work and dedication to personal training and clean healthy eating has worked wonders for her. Brooke commenced one on one personal training at Alltone Fitness back in June 2014. In this short amount of time she has lost 6kgs reducing all her girth measurements along with seeing her body fat percentage drop from 36.5% to 32%. Not only has Brooke’s fitness level increased dramatically, but her flexibility and range of motion is much better. She no longer feels tight and sore in her calves and is now able to run for a prolonged period of time without cramping up. Brooke recently joined Butts n Gutts boot camp and thoroughly enjoys her sessions. Jogging around the oval is no longer difficult for Brooke and she has become a great team member.
